Responsibilities:

Supervise Risk Management, Infection Control, and Employee Health.
Manage the hospital’s Performance Improvement (PI) activities.
Lead and coordinate the Quality Committee.
Aid in establishing operational performance metrics and monitor trends in key performance indicators.
Develop effective systems for data collection, organization, and evaluation to monitor the quality of patient care.
Oversee all survey activities and play an active role in ensuring survey readiness.
Implement policies, procedures, and objectives.
This position requires on-site presence.
Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Registered Nurse license or Compact License.
Experience in hospital quality, survey readiness, risk management, infection control, and employee health.
Preferred experience in interpreting raw data, performing comparative analysis, and coordinating survey activities.
Familiarity with hospital regulatory and accrediting bodies is preferred.
