- The overall direction of the Surgical Services Department
- Accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care
- The overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management of the Surgical Services Department
- Required to be onsite.

Director of Surgical Services Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- TN RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum Five (5) years of Hospital Management experience
- Minimum Three (3) years of Surgical Services experience
- Minimum Seven (7) years Clinic Nursing Experience
