Human Resources Manager
We are collaborating with a globally recognized mid-market manufacturing organization, backed by private equity, to find a Human Resources Manager for their team in Pauls Valley, OK and Wichita Falls, TX.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who can function as a strategic guide, providing consultation and solutions on the people aspects of successful execution of business plans and initiatives. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, the HR Manager provides coaching and guidance to managers and employees across a spectrum of talent management programs to include employee relations and engagement, team performance and effectiveness, learning & development, total rewards, workforce planning, and organizational design & development. This person will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of two HR representatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, addressing challenges, and identifying key success factors. Participate actively in strategic planning, advocating for best practices in workforce planning.
- Identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities that could impact business plan execution.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and skills development in line with HR strategy.
- Provide coaching to business partners on career development, leadership, and management practices.
- Develop strategies for organizational and behavioral change, conducting needs assessments, analyzing issues, and recommending solutions for organizational development.
- Work with the Director of HR, GM, and senior management to develop solutions, action plans, and metrics, including crafting effective skills and competency structures to meet business and talent needs.
- Advise management on learning and development solutions, create development and career plans, and track progress.
- Oversee the local performance management process, offering coaching and guidance.
- Support leaders with compensation actions, including annual reviews, promotions, and job leveling.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring solutions align with company values, policies, and laws.
- Manage talent acquisition, staffing plans, compensation structures, and onboarding processes.
- Approve local HR transactions, prepare reports, and analyze data using the HRIS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Leadership preferred.
- 6-8 years of progressively responsible HR experience, with expertise in the full talent management spectrum, including team development, learning solutions, performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement, change management, and organizational design.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to build trust and foster relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, with a demonstrated ability to address challenges and lead teams through them.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects to achieve results.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, influencing, and decision-making skills.
- Recognized as a key resource for employees and managers, approachable, and skilled in facilitating coaching conversations.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations or training across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel between Wichita Falls, TX, and Pauls Valley, OK, 1 to 2 times per week or as needed by business requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who can function as a strategic guide, providing consultation and solutions on the people aspects of successful execution of business plans and initiatives. With a keen ability to navigate the organization and collaborate effectively, the HR Manager provides coaching and guidance to managers and employees across a spectrum of talent management programs to include employee relations and engagement, team performance and effectiveness, learning & development, total rewards, workforce planning, and organizational design & development. This person will report to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of two HR representatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives, comprehending the organization’s goals, challenges, needs, and key success factors. Actively participate in planning processes, advocating for best practices, and providing leadership for workforce planning efforts.
- Proactively identify and address challenges and opportunities within the realm of human resources that may impact the execution of business plans.
- Align with the overall HR strategy to steer organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and skills assessment and development.
- Provide coaching to business partners in areas such as career development, leadership, and management practices.
- Assist in formulating strategies to facilitate organizational and behavioral change, conducting needs assessments, analyzing organizational issues, and making recommendations on organizational design and development.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR, GM, and senior management to develop high-quality solutions, action plans, and relevant metrics. This may involve crafting effective skills and competency structures and systems in support of business goals and talent requirements.
- Guide management in applying appropriate learning and development solutions for individuals, create meaningful development and career plans, and monitor progress.
- Oversee the local performance management process, offering pertinent coaching and guidance.
- Provide compensation support to leaders for salary actions, including annual reviews, promotions, and job leveling solutions.
- Investigate basic and complex employee relations issues, initiate resolutions, and recommend and implement effective solutions consistent with the company’s vision, mission, cultural values, as well as applicable policies and laws.
- Support overall talent management, recruitment, staffing plans, compensation structure, and onboarding efforts.
- Manage the approval of local people operations transactions submitted for processing, preparing reports, and analyzing data through the current HRIS.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or Organizational Leadership preferred.
- 6-8 years of progressively responsible HR experience with a sound knowledge of the entire talent management platform, focusing on team development, learning solutions, performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement, change management, and organizational design.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferable.
- Ability to establish trust and foster productive relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and tactics, demonstrating the ability to mitigate challenges and lead others to overcome them.
- Accountable and self-motivated, with the capability to achieve results and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, influencing, and decision-making skills.
