Senior Financial Analyst
We are working with a private equity backed, facility service organization looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. The position is newly created to help guide the operational and strategic direction of the company including budget, forecast, and KPI development.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an in-depth review of financial results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Lead the financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives and business plans
• Develop tools to synthesize data from the company’s ERP system into usable information.
• Assist other disciplines within the company to identify and measure key success factors.
• Give feedback to other team members and company leaders on anything which can help improve the business.
• Acquisition analysis and planning and model building to provide financial support.
• Work closely with operations to understand and drive market growth.

Requirements & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (accounting, finance, math, information technology, statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience
• Superior Excel capabilities, PowerPoint skills and experience with ERP systems are necessary.
• Recent experience scaling a finance operation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data mining/ writing code is helpful, but not required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time.
