• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 2-3 Regional Managers and their practice locations, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Collaborate with individual Office Managers to maintain exceptional operational and human resource standards, while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and leadership to Regional Managers and Office Managers to cultivate high-performance teams.
• Lead and conduct weekly meetings with Regional Managers and Office Managers, and perform Quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers and Office Managers to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns developed by the Marketing Team.
• Ensure accurate coding and billing entry in the Dental Practice Management Software (DPMS).
• Monitor regional patient and staff satisfaction, ensuring contentment among Doctors and Staff.
• Manage the regions hiring, training, and development of team members, creating and implementing comprehensive Staff Training and Development plans in partnership with Office Managers.
• Drive innovation and share best practices across the organization, continuously striving to enhance processes.
• Implement standardization initiatives within the DPMS to maintain uniformity and consistency across all offices.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, state laws, and procedures across all offices.
• Set and monitor measurable results related to patient service, operational performance, and team health and performance.
• Establish a communication process for team member performance, linking it to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals and standards.
• Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to establish KPIs and actively communicate performance to the VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
• Manage regional office budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Uphold organizational standards of patient care and address issues that may deviate from these standards proactively.
• Conduct regular spot checks, inspections, and audits of each practice and team (both exterior and interior).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role oversees designated Regional Managers and reports directly to the VP of Operations. All programs and staff ultimately report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Education and Experience:

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of regional management experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position will be considered.
