Regional Manager–Healthcare (Arizona Territory)

SUMMARY: The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operational aspects of a group of six or more locations in an assigned region. The Regional Manager priority is to ensure the Office Manager and their team provide our patients with an exceptional and remarkable experience. The Regional Manager will work closely with the Office Managers to ensure all clinical operations function with excellence, efficiency and perform to exceptional standards and consistently ensure the Company vision is attained, the core values and operating principles are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.

Ensure EVERY patient has an exceptional and remarkable experience EVERY time they interact with an office. Every patient should be greeted warmly, energetically and with enthusiasm that is carried throughout their visit and at each interaction with our offices and our employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining the operational aspects of 6 or more practice locations.
  • In partnership with each Office Manager, maintain exceptional operational and human resource standards and maintain all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for working with each Office Manager to create and maintain a high-performance team.
  • Oversee, lead, and develop Office Managers including weekly meetings.
  • Perform Quarterly reviews with each Office Managers
  • Assure Office Managers are working in partnership with the Marketing Team and are developing and following all marketing campaigns set forth by the organization.
  • Ensure accurate coding and billing entry in the DPMS.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Monitor Doctor and Staff satisfaction.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and developing team members.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing a comprehensive Staff Training and Development plan for each team. In concert with each Office Managers a Staff Training and Development plan should be constantly maintained and current.
  • Responsible for creating innovative ways to improve and best practices to share across the organization.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining uniformity and consistency across all the offices. Each team should function with similar and consistent processes.
  • Ensure all standardization initiatives are implemented within the DPMS and performed by all office staff.
  • Ensure all safety, state laws and procedures are adhered to regularly.
  • Responsible for setting/managing office measurable results related to patient service and experience, operational performance and efficiency, and team health and performance.

  • Create/maintain a process that communicates team member performance to KPI goals and standards along with methods of positive reinforcement as well as proactive corrective action.
  • Ensure KPIs (Revenue, Starts, Collections, Billing, etc..) are established in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Actively communicate KPI performance to VP, Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
  • Responsible for overall practice performance.
  • Manage office budget.
  • Responsible for maintaining the organizational standard of patient care across all teams and proactively addressing issues that could lead to less than our exceptional standards.
  • Responsible for conducting regular spot checks (exterior and interior of each practice), inspections and audits of each practice and team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position supervises designated Officer Managers and is directly supervised by the VP of Operations. All programs/staff are ultimately responsible to the Chief Executive Officer.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred; Three to five years regional management experience, healthcare industry preferred; Experience creating/implementing policies and procedures. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
