Regional Manager–Healthcare Industry (Sacramento/Los Angeles Territory)
SUMMARY: The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance and operational aspects of a group of six or more locations in an assigned region. The Regional Manager priority is to ensure the Office Manager and their team provide our patients with an exceptional and remarkable experience. The Regional Manager will work closely with the Office Managers to ensure all clinical operations function with excellence, efficiency and perform to exceptional standards and consistently ensure the Company vision is attained, the core values and operating principles are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational facets of 6 or more practice locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Collaborate with individual Office Managers to uphold exceptional operational and human resource standards, adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Work with Office Managers to foster high-performance teams, providing guidance and leadership.
- Lead, develop, and conduct weekly meetings with Office Managers, while also performing Quarterly reviews.
- Collaborate with Office Managers to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns developed by the organization’s Marketing Team.
- Ensure accurate coding and billing entry in the DPMS (Dental Practice Management Software).
- Uphold patient and staff satisfaction standards, monitoring Doctor and Staff contentment.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members, creating and executing comprehensive Staff Training and Development plans in conjunction with Office Managers.
- Innovate and share best practices across the organization, constantly seeking ways to improve processes.
- Establish and maintain uniformity and consistency across all offices, implementing standardization initiatives within the DPMS.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, state laws, and procedures across all offices.
- Set and manage measurable results related to patient service, operational performance, and team health and performance.
- Create and maintain a communication process for team member performance, tying it to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals and standards.
- Establish KPIs in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and communicate performance actively to the VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
- Manage office budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Uphold organizational standards of patient care and proactively address issues that may deviate from these standards.
- Conduct regular spot checks, inspections, and audits of each practice and team (exterior and interior).
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role supervises designated Office Managers and reports directly to the VP of Operations. All programs and staff ultimately report to the Chief Executive Officer.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three to five years of regional management experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures.
- A combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position will be considered.
