ServiceTitan Specialist
We are partnering with a highly acquisitive, Private Equity backed organization looking to add a ServiceTitan Specialist to their team. The company is experiencing double digits growth, and looking for this individual to support the transformation of HR policies and continued build out of the teams.
The ServiceTitan Specialist position is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, dynamic organization and will play a key role in supporting the successful execution of the organization’s growth strategy. The ServiceTitan Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing the ServiceTitan implementation and usage plan across the company.
Candidates should reside in Dallas, Texas. Some travel required to other field offices as needed to support implementation. Opportunity for hybrid work schedule for the right candidate.
Duties & Essential Job Functions
- Design, implement, and manage a plan to optimize ServiceTitan utilization to support the growth objectives of the organization, beginning with the Dallas field office o
- Ensure plan is scalable across all locations
- Roll out implementation and usage plan to all locations
- Working with the Board and corporate leadership team, determine essential data and metrics to capture and support local field offices in designing systems to capture this data
- Train end users, both in the field and office, on everyday workflows, both in-person and virtually
- Proactively conduct needs assessment across all locations to uncover issues and learning opportunities
- Serve as primary point of contact to ServiceTitan on behalf of company
- Collaboratively with the interim CFO, manage company-wide ServiceTitan contracts
- Provide internal support to local field office teams, guiding them to reach out directly to ServiceTitan as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of ServiceTitan experience with both the desktop and mobile products
- Demonstrated proficiency working with data in Excel
- Effectively communicate with and conduct training sessions for a range of employees, from field to office workers
- Demonstrated high level attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and how to centralize team resources.
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively with Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and HR • Strong project management skills
- ServiceTitan Certified Administrator preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
