They operate globally selling new production lines, individual machines, parts, upgrades, service, repairs and maintenance services. Sales teams currently are comprised of inside and outside representatives, as well as service and aftermarket specialists. The Vice President would lead the team, be responsible for all sales and marketing strategy, and be a valuable member of the executive management team reporting directly to the CEO.

Critical Competencies

• Strong experience in OEM equipment, parts and service sales
• Strong experience in leading and managing a sales team
• Strong experience in driving marketing initiatives
• Strong technical aptitude across electrical and mechanical systems
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or other technical field
• 5 – 8 years of experience selling in an OEM and consumable environment
• Proven selling and relationship-building skills, and superb customer instincts
• Excellent ability to negotiate and close deals
• Great communication skills – both written and oral
• Organization, planning and execution – strong ability to deliver planned results
