Position Report – Prospective Candidates
The report automatically adds candidates once they’ve been presented to the client, however, there may be instance where you want to show some additional activity on potential candidates that you have not completely screened yet or you’re waiting on a resume from. No matter the reason, these candidates must be manually added to the report. To do this, click on the Add Candidate button, as pointed out in the figure below.
This will open the Add Candidate to Report modal, as shown in the figure to the right. First, choose the Interview Type, either Prospective or On Hold, and then complete at least the Candidate Name field to save the candidate to the report. The other fields are optional but recommended.
You will now see the candidate you added in the Prospective area, as pointed out in the figure to the left.
Editing Candidates
Manually added candidates can be edited by clicking the Edit Candidates button, as pointed out in the figure below.
This will open the Edit Candidates modal, as shown in the figure to the right. In this example, there is only one candidate in the Prospective area, but if there was more than one, this modal would list them all out separately. You will now see an additional option in the Interview Type dropdown for Delete.
This will remove the candidate from the table entirely. You can only choose Prospective, On Hold or Delete.
