We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive / Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong client development skills and a proven track record of success in sales. Experience selling a B2B service is preferred. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client base and increase revenue streams.
  2. Relationship Building
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and staffing requirements.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to address their hiring challenges.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of their organizational culture and values.
  3. Recruiting
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Present qualified candidates to clients, facilitating the interview and selection process.
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiation of offers and onboarding assistance.
  4. Sales and Account Management
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth for the organization.
    • Manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Anticipate and address client needs proactively, seeking opportunities to add value and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred or at least 4 years of related sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in selling services preferred.
  • Strong client development skills, including prospecting, relationship-building, and account management along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results and must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices (preferred) along with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
