Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and minimize stockouts.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to effectively manage inventory and meet customer demand.
• Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings, presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and reconciliation to ensure inventory integrity and minimize discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to inventory management, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory movements, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the warehouse, encouraging collaboration and innovation among team members.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on inventory control and optimization.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships with customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and present ideas effectively to senior management.
