Regional Vice President of Sales Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by effectively marketing and acquiring new clients while providing robust support to existing dealers.
  • Showcase and deliver on the value proposition, ensuring maximum product penetration in both short and long-term perspectives.
  • Expand market presence through strategic utilization of existing and newly formed relationships.
  • Engage in daily interactions with field clients, actively calling on new and existing accounts to identify key opportunities and enhance dealership performance within a defined geographic territory.
  • Employ a consultative selling approach, offering tailored solutions that align with specific geographic needs.
  • Foster market support through consistent communication within designated regions, collaborating with fellow sales executives to devise store-specific incentive contests.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to performance optimization.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Establish and nurture strong business and personal relationships with current and newly onboarded clients to drive sales objectives.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues related to contracts and claims.

Regional Vice President of Sales Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of direct experience in automotive finance, encompassing both domestic and import stores or within an automotive aftermarket company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Retail Automotive Operations.
  • Exceptional presentation, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively network and cultivate relationships with peers across the organization.
