This position sits in an extremely fast growing, highly acquisitive, multi-site private equity backed healthcare organization. The primary responsibilities are to record accurate and timely financial transactions and provide responsive service to clients and internal employees for their largest care center.

Function

• Posting transactions to QuickBooks (i.e. payroll transactions, A/P transactions, etc.) and reviewing the monthly activity to ensure proper posting
• Reconciliation of monthly bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare allocation for month-end bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare allocations for month-end financials
• Interacting with clients to resolve accounting issues while ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Reviewing work of subordinates for accuracy
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• At least five years of Accounting experience in the healthcare field preferred
• Two year management experience required
• Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience communicating logically and clearly both orally and in writing
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to provide excellent, client-focused service
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Experience working with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and Macros preferred
• Well organized, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
