Eric is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in operations and process improvement within the recruiting industry. Complementing his extensive background, Eric boasts almost a decade of hands-on experience in web application development.

As a key collaborator with Mike Reeves, the President & CEO, Eric played an instrumental role in the creation of hireanalytiX, a cutting-edge recruiting analytics web application. His robust understanding of PHP, the backbone of hireanalytiX, showcases his technical prowess and contribution to the platform’s development. Additionally, Eric has demonstrated his proficiency in integrating hireanalytiXwith external APIs, showcasing his ability to enhance the platform’s capabilities and connectivity.

Throughout his career, Eric has been a driving force behind operational excellence in recruiting, leveraging his dual expertise in process improvement and web application development. His dedication to innovation has not only shaped hireanalytiX but has also positively impacted the broader landscape of recruiting analytics and technology integration.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his wife and 3 children and playing guitar in a local band.
